The Role
We’re hiring a Director, Product Marketing to drive the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. Reporting to the Sr. Director, of Product Marketing, in this role you'll help unblock deals, build sales enablement content, refine messaging, and drive competitive strategy. If you're deeply strategic but love rolling up your sleeves, this is for you.

What you’ll do:

Own the Sales Process Experience

  • Analyze the sales funnel to identify friction points and optimize every stage of the cycle.
  • Understand when deals get stuck—and help solve it (e.g., legal, infosec, procurement, etc.).
  • Create demo narratives, lead demo training, and ensure our story lands consistently.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Identify and monitor competitors, track shifts in the market, and proactively respond.
  • Create internal battlecards to arm sales with win/loss intel, key objections, and positioning.
  • Develop external-facing comparison materials with content writers—web, PDF, slides, etc.

Sales Enablement & Content Creation

  • Build and maintain sales collateral like decks, leave-behinds, one-pagers, and customer stories.
  • Test and iterate messaging with real-time feedback from the field.
  • Own sales enablement training: host sessions, record playbooks, and drive consistency across the team.
  • Train the team on how to sell against competitors with clarity and confidence.

Go-To-Market Launches

  • Collaborate deeply with sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance to drive GTM alignment.
  • Lead go-to-market launches with positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
  • Ensure our external voice reflects our strengths and differentiators—clearly and powerfully.

Strategic Pricing & Packaging

  • Partner with sales to evaluate different pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Analyze what resonates in the market, what customers are willing to pay for, and how to present it.
  • Work with finance and cross functional teams to model options and inform pricing decisions.
     

What we expect from you:

  • 7+ years in product marketing, sales enablement, or related GTM roles in B2B SaaS
  • Experience working directly with sales teams and influencing close rates and velocity
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales enablement programs
  • Strong storytelling and messaging instincts with the ability to synthesize complex ideas
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer journeys
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution—you don’t just make the playbook, you run the plays
  • Highly collaborative, analytical, and resourceful in fast-moving environments
