The Role

We are seeking a talented Manager, Revenue Enablement to join our team. Enablement at Crescendo is a growth engine. We’re looking for a builder who thrives on designing programs from the ground up, rolling them out with speed, and standing in front of the team to make it stick.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own GTM onboarding across Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps — getting every new hire ramped and ready.
  • Design and launch enablement programs that elevate skills, drive adoption, and keep teams sharp.
  • Show up in the room — leading workshops, trainings, and sessions that inspire confidence.
  • Build the tools and content — from playbooks and certifications to talk tracks and sales assets.
  • Partner with leadership to align on strategy and keep teams equipped to hit goals.
  • Track impact relentlessly and iterate quickly.

You’ll have outsized influence in a small, high-talent team where experimentation, creativity, and execution all matter equally.

What We Expect From You:

  • 3–5+ years in Revenue Enablement or GTM leadership (AE, BDR, CSM background a plus).
  • Proven success building enablement from zero-to-one.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and trainings.
  • Collaboration skills that let you influence across functions.
  • Clear, compelling communication — you make the complex simple.
  • Passion for helping GTM teams succeed and grow.
     

Bonus points if you’ve:

  • Walked in the shoes of an AE, BDR, or CSM.
  • Worked with tools like Gong, WorkRamp, HubSpot, or Highspot.
  • Operated in a fast-paced startup or hypergrowth SaaS environment.
