The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our ambitious, customer-obsessed sales team. As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion—generating pipeline, identifying high-potential prospects, and sparking conversations with the most innovative teams in customer experience.

This is the perfect opportunity for a driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to develop into a world-class enterprise seller. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and leadership to build a foundation for long-term growth—both for yourself and for Crescendo.

This is a remote position with flexibility in location, though proximity to major markets is a plus.


What You’ll Do:
  • Generate Pipeline: Prospect into enterprise accounts through cold outreach, social engagement, and event follow-up. Identify key stakeholders and spark interest in Crescendo’s Augmented AI solutions.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Understand customer needs, assess fit, and schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives. You'll be the first point of contact in a high-impact customer journey.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to execute on campaigns, optimize messaging, and fine-tune outreach strategies.
  • Master the Craft: Learn the ins and outs of Crescendo’s product and the CX/AI landscape. Gain deep knowledge of our ICP and how our solutions drive real business outcomes.
  • Track & Optimize: Use tools like Salesforce and Outreach to manage your pipeline, track performance, and continually improve outreach strategies.

What We Expect From You:
  • Experience: 1+ year in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role—ideally in SaaS, AI, or CX.
  • Drive to Win: You’re hungry to learn, eager to contribute, and motivated by measurable impact.
  • Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can craft concise, compelling messages that resonate with busy decision-makers.
