The Role
As the Recruitment Delivery Team Manager, you will lead and coach a team of recruiters and coordinators to deliver against high-volume and specialized hiring needs across multiple geographies. You’ll own the execution of recruitment delivery, ensuring hiring targets are met while maintaining an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. A critical part of this role is being data-driven—you’ll use reports, dashboards, and analytics to measure performance, forecast needs, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a recruitment delivery team to meet and exceed hiring targets
- Partner closely with the Recruitment Strategy, Sourcing, and Operations teams to align hiring execution with business needs
- Monitor pipelines and ensure timely movement of candidates across stages
- Build, analyze, and present dashboards and reports to measure KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, recruiter productivity)
- Use data and insights from Google Sheets, Looker, and ATS reporting to optimize delivery processes
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs, set realistic timelines, and align on priorities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
What We Expect From You:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or manager role
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment delivery in a BPO, shared services, or fast-scaling organization
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivots, dashboards) and Looker Studio (report building and analytics)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
