About The Role
As the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving talent acquisition efforts across our global operations. You will lead a team of recruiters and hiring managers to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent across multiple business units. Your focus will be on developing innovative AI-driven recruitment strategies, scaling internal operations, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that integrates cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
  • Direct recruitment, selection, and integration processes for both technical and operational roles
  • Implement operational and hiring strategies to scale a 25-person talent acquisition team supporting a global workforce of 3,000, with growth potential to 10,000 associates over the next three years
  • Design innovative recruitment approaches that leverage AI tools for identifying and attracting diverse, top-tier talent in a competitive market

Operational Excellence

  • Lead and mentor high-performing recruitment teams across multiple geographies
  • Hold teams accountable to KPIs while developing strategies to exceed goals
  • Oversee the budget for and implementation of recruiting tools, platforms, and services
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and internal data management/security policies
  • Quantify and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring it aligns with our commitments

Innovation & Technology

  • Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and drive informed decision-making
  • Integrate AI-powered solutions into recruitment workflows
  • Implement and optimize various ATS, candidate management, and HRIS platforms
  • Drive technological innovation in recruitment practices

What We Expect From You:

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience
  • 5+ years in an executive position, leading talent acquisition, or a similar senior-level HR position
  • 3+ years working in a high-volume staffing environment
  • Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools and technologies
  • Strong track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams
  • Experience managing global, remote teams
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging talent acquisition trends
  • Advanced knowledge of global compensation frameworks and total rewards strategies
